Has anyone else dealt with Wellington Capital Partners and their debt collection harassment?
Hey everyone, just wanted to ask if anyone else has had run-ins with Wellington Capital Partners. I’ve been getting nonstop calls from them about a supposed debt that I don’t even recognize. They’ve been super aggressive and calling at all hours, sometimes multiple times a day. I’ve asked them to send me something in writing but all I get is vague threats and pressure to make a payment right away.
I did a little digging and it seems like other people have had similar experiences with this company. It’s honestly starting to feel like harassment at this point and I’m not even sure if what they’re doing is legal.
